Small Church Communities

The priority activity of St. Timothy's Community is that of the Small Church Communities (SCC) functioning in the parish. These are groups (small churches) of 10 to 15 people coming together in homes every other week on a specific evening (one day time church). They have an enjoyable time getting to know one another while sharing faith, scripture and life experiences. Each small church gets involved supporting and helping one another and others in the community. Each small church has a trained Pastoral Facilitator who meets with our Pastor, Fr. Jim Rafferty, once a month. In this way each SCC stays connected with our large church community at St. Timothy's as well as the Universal Church.
