• Signage,.....Any connection to people who make signs for businesses. We will need one for the clinic, and one for the Chapel area, and a sign that says Free Pregnancy tests for the street/parking area.
• Printing Service is needed for Business cards, Newsletters, prescriptions and Letterhead.
• 2 baby scales (Health-O-Meter) brand is great.
• 1 adult scale (Health O Meter)
• 2 adult sphygmomanometers (Blood Pressure cuffs)
• 1 pediatric Blood pressure cuff
• 1 extra large adult Blood pressure cuff
• 4 Stethoscope (prestige medical) brand is very good, but good stethoscope are appreciated.
• 1 baby thermometer (Ear)
• 1 adult thermometer (probe covers, for tongue sensor)
• Metal Trash Cans with attached closing lids (Costco has some stainless steel ones)
• Computers: We will have an efficient clinic, and center, by remaining as paper free as possible. We will have all patient info/Client info on computers. This requires computers for nursing stations, front desk receptionist, and for the health care providers. Contact Stephen Psomas (760) 294-2843 regarding any questions about computer related donations.
• Copiers: (3 needed) We hand out a large amount of information to our clients and patients and will need a couple copiers to handle the volume.
• Scanners: (4 needed) In order to input patient data into the computer system many documents will need to be scanned into the system Any scanner would be appreciated.
• Drinking Water Service for patients and staff, (2 needed)
• Decorations: (waiting room, 8 exam rooms, 5 education rooms, receptionist office, doctor office, nursing station room) We would love each room to reflect the love and care of the community who is involved in raising up this Center .... your personal artistic touches are needed to make this a reality. From pretty borders, to toll painting, swags, paintings, little shelves, decorative hooks to hang jackets and purses.... You can adopt an Exam room, and a placard will be placed on the door, in memory of the person, or organization that donated that exam room. Also needed: Refrigerator and Freezer for medical vaccinations. Closing Lid Trash Cans.
• Mechanic to handle Culture of Life's Van needs.
• We need Seating for the waiting room, seating for the exam rooms, and cabinets, for supplies and education materials.
• We also need shelving and bookcases for educational materials and supplies. Many cabinets will need to have locking doors.
• We need a small amount of NEW toys, books, videos for children in the waiting rooms and exam rooms.
• Paper Shredders - Heavy duty shredders are best.
