*Must have Pastor’s recommendation. Those chosen to be Ministers  of the Word are to be mature persons, sixteen years of age or older, a fully initiated Catholic (Confirmed), in a Catholic marriage (if married), leading an exemplary Christian life and so recognized and respected by the faith community. This series presents the opportunity for both new and experienced readers to improve their skills and develop the ability to proclaim the Word in the context of the liturgy. All participants must attend both sessions: Saturday, January 20 and Tuesday, January 23 (registration deadline: January 12).
